Commercial Real Estate listings are not typically contained in the normal multiple listing service Realtors use to list homes. Some listings are found there but it’s a small percentage. There are other resources such as CoStar or Loopnet, but again they don’t have all of the listings. This is another reason why having a Buyer or Tenant representative is so important. We know the market and the listings that are held privately by most of the players and we have premium subscriptions to all of the listing services.
If you would like to do your own preliminary search, we do recommend www.loopnet.com as the source with the highest percentage of commercial listings, however you will not be able to see them all without a premium subscription.
