From time to time we put together a group of tenants that would like to go in an area together. Ideally we like to work with a developer who can partner with us in putting together a new office or retail building to house the tenants. This creates a win-win scenario for everyone, allowing us to give the tenants a hot new space with turnkey finish out allowances and a full roster of tenants for the new development, creating easier financing and a turnkey project.
We are proficient at site selection, development proforma, and project financing as well, and welcome any opportunity to work with developers on their projects.
